Position Overview: As a Sales Associate at Boucheron, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships and ensuring store excellence. You will represent the most stylish and cutting edge French High Jewelry Maison with elegance, expertise and a commitment to exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will encompass sales execution, clienteling initiatives and store operations.

Roles and responsibilities: · Following training guidelines assist line manager to organize and deliver Training Programs related to retail career paths and set up training budget accordingly.· Assist to maintain the below projects and relevant platforms (tools), deal with call-out and make sure the operation is smooth and on time:&gt; E learning- Les Atelier Boucheron&gt; Client Experience project- CXE&gt;  Archiving in share drive- One Drive&gt; Staff information list and learning record&gt;  Vendor creation and contract follow-up by training project· Assist to monitor the result of project delivery and analyze relevant KPIs for ‘productivity’· Assist to communicate with HQ and local training counterparts, support to prepare for monthly meetings if needed.· Track the training results and implementation, analyze the training’s effectiveness and continuously optimize training effectiveness.· Support to develop files as request, e.g., questionnaires, checking forms, basic training materials (as request), etc.· Other ad-hoc tasks as requestsWho you are:· University graduate with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields.· Proficient written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese· Be able to multitasks and well-organized; Be able to work under pressure· Have ownership to pursue excellence with proactivity and critical questioning mindset· Detail driven and skilled Microsoft office user· Good communication skill, project management experience is plus· Retail background is plus

Support to coordinate and execute Regional Training, Clienteling, and other relevant tasks to achieve Retail Excellence targets in APAC region.

Directement rattaché (e) à la direction, vous serez ambassadeur de la Maison Boucheron et contribuerez au développement commercial de votre boutique en apportant un service d’exception à nos clients.VOS MISSIONS : Développer l’activité commerciale de la boutique :<ul><li>Réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et des indicateurs clés (KPIs)</li><li>Développement du chiffre d’affaires de la boutique</li><li>Respect de la cérémonie de vente Boucheron avec la découverte du client et une présentation détaillée de la Maison et de ses créations</li><li>Respect des procédures : vérification de la fiche client, discount et règles de sécurité</li></ul> Être Ambassadeur de la Maison :<ul><li>Respect des procédures de grooming, « Service Palace » </li><li>Argumentaire de vente : mise en avant du discours de marque (histoire de la Maison) et valorisation de la marque en boutique et à l’extérieur</li><li>Mise à profit de sa connaissance du marché dans la cérémonie de vente</li></ul> Entretenir et fidéliser les clients :<ul><li>Découvrir les attentes clients et créer un lien avec les clients</li><li>Relance régulière des clients : courrier, mail, téléphone…</li><li>Renseignement et mise à jour des données CRM (dans la base de données)</li><li>Entretien de la relation : Invitations, évènements, repas, cadeaux et autres attentions</li><li>Être force de proposition pour l’organisation d’évènements afin de promouvoir la Maison</li><li>Développer des axes de partenariats (hôtels, personnal shoppers/stylistes, apporteurs d’affaires …)   </li></ul>         Participer au quotidien de la boutique :<ul><li>Se rendre toujours disponible sur la surface de vente </li><li>Bonne tenue de la boutique (rangement, propreté) et du visual merchandising (qualité des vitrines et comptoirs) </li><li>Participation aux inventaires</li><li>Participation aux réunions d’équipes, aux challenges et aux événements</li><li>Commande PLV pour le bon fonctionnement de la boutique </li><li>Accepter la responsabilité collective de la gestion des stocks conformément aux politiques et procédures de la Maison</li></ul> Profil recherché :<ul><li>Excellentes aptitudes commerciales, aisance relationnelle et de communication</li><li>Expérience significative dans un poste similaire</li><li>Disponibilité et flexibilité (horaires grand magasin)</li><li>Réactif, sens de l’initiative et dynamisme</li><li>Esprit d’équipe</li><li>Capacité de développer, d’attirer et de recruter des clients à fort potentiel</li><li>Idéalement : connaissances en joaillerie et gemmologie</li><li>Français et Anglais courant, une autre langue sera un plus</li></ul> Contrat : CDILocalisation : Boutique du Printemps Haussmann - ParisDate de début :avril « Boucheron s&#39;engage à créer une main-d&#39;œuvre diversifiée.
